VIDEO ISSUES:
Videos are available in 3 formats for your convenience.
We suggest streaming them with Flash wtithin your browser. We utilize a very high quality content delivery network. However, occasionally network issues such as a slow user connection can cause buffering delays.
If you are experiencing problems with streaming, you may also download the videos in either Windows Media or Quicktime (MP4).

Do you currently support Mac computers?
Good News! As of February 2, 2007 videos are now viewable by Mac users
with the latest version of Quicktime.
I do not recommend trying to use Windows Media if you are using a Mac
or Windows Vista Machine.
Photos
- When I click on a picture, I get a
white square with a red "X" in it, where are the pictures?
Browsers such as Google's Chrome and Apple's Safari will not display
the galleries correctly. However, if you are using a Mac, just above
the gallery of thumbnails is a link to download the images. I suggest
you do this instead of trying to view the images online. Unfortunately,
the gallery generator isn't compatible with Macs at this time. I'm
working on a better solution. But for now, at least you can see what
you might otherwise miss.
MACS
- The site should be completely compatible with any Apple hardware product.
BROWSER NOTE: The site supports
Firefox
and
Internet Explorer. Other browsers like Safari and Chrome may not
display the galleries or video correctly.
- Videos:
Videos are available for download in 2 formats. They are available for download
in Quicktime format (MP4) for Macs. This is the native video format for
Apple products and should work on every Mac. They are also available
in Flash streaming format. This should theoretically work on Macs
too. Just make sure you have the latest version of flash installed:

- I just joined and my password
doesn't work
- IMPORTANT!--Don't keep trying
combinations hoping to get it right. The system will lock you out
after 3 wrong tries.
OK, take a deep breath. You can probably fix this yourself.
- CHECK YOUR EMAIL. You should have
received a receipt from Ccbill or Epoch with all of your subscription
information--including your correct username and password.
- Sometimes people make spelling
mistakes when signing up. Check carefully for spelling, then try
the correct username and password EXACTLY as you originally entered
them. Remember, these are cAsE SenSiTiVe. So use caps where you
did in the original signup form.
If you've followed the instructions
above and still cant' get in, Email
Customer Service and we'll check into it. Most days we
can get it resolved within a few hours. We have support specialists available Monday through Friday during business hours (keep in mind weekends, holidays, and late nights there is limited support staff).
